    The hotel and nice and good value for money. The rooms are small but quiet and modern. Check-in was friendly and efficient.. Cleaners could do a better job. There was someone's empty water bottle sitting on top of the fridge when I entered the room. There was also a drink in the fridge. Breakfast was ok and included in the price. Overall, good value. Convenient to Southern Cross station.

    Hi there, As per our communication with your staff before we confirmed our booking, I specifically checked whether we could receive complimentary luggage storage at the hotel after checking out on 31 August, with the intention of collecting our luggage on 2 September. Your staff confirmed to me that this arrangement was possible, and based on this confirmation, we proceeded with our booking. However, on the actual day of check-out, we were informed that the hotel could not provide this service. This was very disappointing and caused considerable inconvenience to us, as we had made our travel arrangements based on the information provided by your staff before confirming our booking. We understand that policies may apply to luggage storage, but in this case, we relied on the confirmation given to us by your staff. We therefore feel that the hotel should take responsibility for the incorrect information provided and the inconvenience caused. We would appreciate it if the hotel could look into this matter and offer an appropriate service recovery gesture to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced.
