The room was lovely, and the staff was so nice and inviting, nothing was too much trouble, thanks for a great stay and we would definitely stay again

Lukewarm shower - no way to adjust temperature
Lack of character in room and breakfast room - these seemed like they belonged to a corporate hotel chain

Super close to the event we were going to and had shops around so wasn’t too out of the way as we expected.
Our room was under the stairs so was quite loud when other guests were walking up and down early hours of the morning.

Very central to our travels
It is a tired building and was thankful we only booked one night. Contact with host was non existent and we arrived well within check in time. Room spacious but in need of refinement and servicing.
