Friendly greeting, explained breakfast arrangements, and when told I had to leave very early, I was told I could grab a quick self service breakfast. Room comfortable and warm.
Couldn't actually help myself too a self service breakfast as the door to the room was locked! No time, nor any particular wish, to try and rouse the staff, so went without.

Situation
Staff weren’t there when we arrived and no number to contact them in. Waited around for nearly an hour for someone to arrive to check us in.
