Room was very comfortable. Air-con was very good!
House keeping failed to replace/clean the cups in the room over the 3 nights we were there, in fact not sure what they did other than empty the bin.

Location is great. Just off the M5 so perfect to break up a long trip.
Squeaky door outside and room too got -

Good location near the M5. Bed comfy and good pillows. Bathroom nice and modern.
Very hot day and Aircon was broken, didn't turn on. Room was very warm. Reported to reception who already knew the Aircon was broken but hasn't mentioned it beforehand. Also reported the towel rail in the bathroom was on maximum heat, asked if there was a way to turn this off as the bathroom was a complete furnace. Was told there might be a temperature control on the bottom of it... There wasn't one. Overall room temperature fell a little by opening the window and using a desk fan, but it was still a bit too hot Another small gripe also that the sound on the TV was terrible, very echoey.
