We had a nice cosy big room with a lovely bathroom
The staff are so friendly and super efficient
The food was very good
The hotel needs painting outside
There was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay, but the staff were always happy to give us anything we asked for

Staff were very good
Although it was during a cold spell it was very cold in the room at night. Minus 6 one night and the heating was turned off.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean.
Food was excellent especially the Nepalese curry. Good choice at breakfast and well presented.
We had room 4. Very cramped, bathroom was tiny.
Very limited choice of drinks but these was due to the hotel closing for the season on the day we checked out.

The room felt quite dusty on arrival. Menu was limited compared to the offerings on the web page.
