Absolutely magical - from the rooms, to the facilities and breakfast options. We booked a sea view room with a private pool and it was amazing - room service was as quick as the speed of light.

Beautiful accommodation sympathetically situated in a jungle setting. Stunning swimming pool with waterfall feature. Two large restaurant/ dining areas with varied menu and exceptional breakfast choice. The staff were the tour de force though, incredibly friendly, helpful, upbeat and on hand! Such a positive impact on our stay and experience.

One thing to note, and it’s a very difficult issue for hotels to manage, is the number of reserved sunbeds, with no sign of their occupants for hours and hours. It’s unfair and an outdated behaviour, meaning there was a shortage of beds for those that need them at the main pool. Some hotels simply don’t allow beds to be held for absences of an hour or two. I think it’s reasonable to give up the bed if you leave for lunch, say, or don’t save one at all if you’re not going to be there so there is more availability and circulation as people naturally come and go.

The smell of the sewage water all around was really unpleasant! As we walked to the gym you can see the dirty water along the path

It was a thoughtful resort with a shuttle to ship you around as it was a large complex. Staff were accommodating.

We only stayed for one night, so we couldn't do any of the free activities like yoga or boxing... The type of people that stay here too, are quite undesirable. Don't stay here if you want poor company. The pool smelt a little like sulphur and the surrounding garden area was neglected.
