Very clean very unique vibe magical you can say the restaurant is vegetarian but all the dishes that I tasted were tasty Only two things that you need to know before booking One you need to arrive with boat or a 4wd jeep And two there’s a lot of stairs because it’s on a mountain

Why Nam is a pretty secluded, beautiful beach. The room we first got was right next to construction in the hotel, which meant there was a lot of noise during the day. We complained to the staff and on the second day they moved us to a much better and quieter room. To be honest, the noisy room should not be open for guests and if they hadn’t moved us, we’d cut short our stay and leave. The main common area is crowded and sittings are only on the floor so it’s good only if you like this communal, hippie vibe. The restaurant is absolutely incredible! It’s completely vegan and for vegans it is heaven on earth. The staff were super nice and friendly. All in all we enjoyed our stay but keep in mind that it’s not for everyone.

I would not recommend staying at Wyn Beach. While the room itself was basic but functional, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The accommodations were extremely minimal, with only a thin sheet provided, and there were serious safety concerns. On my first day, a lamp exploded when I plugged it in, and an electrical socket gave me shocks whenever I tried to turn on the lights. I reported the issue, but nothing was ever fixed, leaving me with only one working plug in the entire room, inconveniently located next to the door. Every time I turned on the light, I got shocked, making it clear that guest safety was not a priority. The service was equally poor, with messages sent before my arrival taking 3-4 days to receive a response. When I arrived, I was given no basic information such as the Wi-Fi password or reception hours, which were only from 8 AM to 5 PM. The staff showed little concern for guest experience and were instead focused solely on collecting payment. They falsely claimed their card machine was broken to force cash payments, despite there being no ATMs nearby. When I refused to pay in cash, the machine suddenly worked on the first try, revealing their clear dishonesty. While the rooms may be acceptable for some, the lack of service, disregard for safety, and deceptive business practices make this a place I would never stay at again. A much better alternative is The Sanctuary next door, which offers a far superior experience with better service and no shady business practices. Avoid Wyn Beach if you value honesty, safety, and basic hospitality.
