    I stayed in Lucky hostel 4 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they gave me great recommendations for food, local attractions, and even helped me book a day trip. The common areas were cozy and clean, perfect for meeting other travelers. I met people from all over the world and ended up exploring the city with new friends. The dorms were spotless, the beds had privacy curtains, personal outlets, and lockers which made me feel safe and comfortable. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and always had hot water. The Wi-Fi was strong enough Best of all, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything but still peaceful at night. I highly recommend to solo traveler, backpackers even couple .

    Absolutely amazing experience. One of the kindest hostel owners I have ever seen. Yes the place is a little run down but she keeps it so clean even during the craziness of new years and was so nice and provided cookies every day and drinks on NYE. Thanks for a wonderful experience. A perfect location so close to the party but just far enough of a walk that you feel a little bit of peace. If you’re on the fence based on the reviews and a backpacker, stay here

    Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. This is definitely not a bad place. Of course it's not super modern and fancy. But for those couple of days you spend here during the Full Moon party, I think it's good enough. You only come here to shower and sleep anyways. The room was clean, the AC worked well and my bed was also clean and comfortable. There are curtains around the beds for privacy. The manager was really friendly and helpful. Perfect location: not directly on the beach, but only a few minute walk and you won't hear anything from the noise outside. Convenient store right beside the hostel. And of course it's very cheap. All in all no issues during my stay and my roommates had no issues either. I would come back here again.

    nice and friendly staff, good location for the full moon party. Does get very crowded for Thai time so becuase of that can be a little bit dirty with everyone but all good
