Panviman Resort Koh Phangan

The swimming pool and grounds were amazing. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Great breakfast, along with brilliant and attentive service. Picture postcard views everywhere you look.

No real complaints, so please take as constructive criticism-The rooms are getting a little tired looking and the beds could be a little more comfortable. Also a little on the expensive side compared to the rest of Thailand.

Lovely location, beautiful view, really nice villa and staff were very friendly.

Very old room and furniture, smelly, terrible shower - had stains and probably mold, and water was overflowing, hot water was very inconsistent. Many stairs to the room, the beach and the pool, also a stip climb when entering the resort so you must take golf cart to go in or out. But you need to wait, sometimes even 15-20 minutes until a golf cart arrive. Obnoxious service from some of the staff including the reception manager, every justified complaint is answered with “we can’t do anything”, “hotel policy” or “thank you”. Not even trying to help or offer to compensate, or showing that they care that the guests will be satisfied. Also if you happen to check in during rain, prepare to have all your luggage get wet, because the only way to arrive to reception is via a wet open golf cart. Pool restaurant bad and overpriced, at the beach during our stay there was never an available kayak (we were told all of them are broken), unprofessional staff.
