Very good breakfast, 3 restaurants, nice private beach

The pool and beach ammentieis should expand the operating time. Start earlier and close later.

Room was large. Location was great, beautiful clean beach with golden sand nd nice infinity pool. Good breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was replenished with water which was appreciated in the hot weather. Good value for money.

Room had a strong smell of damp or mould. Upon check-in I was told I had not paid, and I had to go back through my emails/bank payments from few months ago to confirm I had. Booked superior sea view room however the seaview was limited. My salutation was incorrect, despite mrs listed in booking. Entrance to room was from the terrace which I did not like. Insufficient mirrors and room was fairly dark. No drink service by the pool and limited staff around pool/beach.

Very old room and furniture, smelly, terrible shower - had stains and probably mold, and water was overflowing, hot water was very inconsistent. Many stairs to the room, the beach and the pool, also a stip climb when entering the resort so you must take golf cart to go in or out. But you need to wait, sometimes even 15-20 minutes until a golf cart arrive. Obnoxious service from some of the staff including the reception manager, every justified complaint is answered with “we can’t do anything”, “hotel policy” or “thank you”. Not even trying to help or offer to compensate, or showing that they care that the guests will be satisfied. Also if you happen to check in during rain, prepare to have all your luggage get wet, because the only way to arrive to reception is via a wet open golf cart. Pool restaurant bad and overpriced, at the beach during our stay there was never an available kayak (we were told all of them are broken), unprofessional staff.
