    The room itself and bed were good. However staff were very rude and unhelpful. I also did not see the toilets get cleaned or have new toilet paper placed.

    I stayed for 2 nights. Faced lot of issues. No charging point for the bed. For entire 10bed dorm only 2 charging points. Staff was very rude. Except checkin - the staff does not offer any help or tourist info. He’s just busy selling smoking products. No hot water facility. Geyser most of times won’t work. Overall property hiked price just because of New years which wasn’t worth paying so much huge amount for that hostel. I regret booking this property.
