Close location to the train station, good value hotel stay for the price, the included breakfast and coffee machine was good, and friendly and helpful staff helped me to store my luggage before and after check in. I asked for a portable AC unit ahead of time for my room which was ready on arrival.
Noisy on the busy street side. Ask for an inside room if you’re sensitive to noise or being earplugs, or use the white noise from the portable AC machine

It was quiet and close to the main railway station. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
No option to make coffee or tea.

Spacious room, close to railway station. Decent breakfast except no hot option.
Aircon was a stand-up unit (not wall mounted) with loud fan even at low speed. Rather annoying background noise……may be a problem for light sleepers. Security safe was broken, they did not attempt to fix or replace it.
