So close to expo. Clean, functional and well laid out rooms. Staff very helpful, always someone on the reception desk. Beds have comfortable toppers. Restaurant was good. Very warm in December, we had to open the window. Windows do open fully.

Parking can be tricky to find as their car park was full. No fridge or kettle in room.

Exceptional value for money.

Simple rooms with lovely bed and decent shower. Staff were particularly polite and helpful. Breakfast was very high quality for a budget hotel with fresh pressed orange juice and quality Earl Grey tea.

Pretty bad, freezing cold, 20 mins walk to expo

The staff was friendly enough, room was not too bad, considering I had low expectations

Heating system in my room was broken, it was freezing cold, I had to sleep with 2 sweaters on, socks, a hat and two covers. I received a small electric radiator but it didn’t do much… I requested to change rooms but they said it was fully booked for the first night. Black mold on bathroom ceiling. I booked it for the location close to the expo but it was bad for that as well. The bridge they advertised was closed. The expo entrance is on the other side around, so you need to walk 20 minutes around the expo venue to enter (ibis is at the back of the expo). Google it, google is right. Sometimes there’s a bridge open but for the event I had to attend it wasn’t (I went and asked security guarding the bridge entrance, it was closed). I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, checked out after the first night. And changed hotel. I requested a refund for at least one night, contacted booking as well, they rejected it. Had to pay for another hotel while freezing and far away from expo. I am very disappointed in both the hotel management and booking. Avoid.

Plain hotel, which you would only choose because of the location next to the exhibition center

Good location next to the exhibition center. A few ok restaurants close by, which is nice as the location is outside the center of the city.

Very average hotel. Plain rooms that are quite small. My room was advertised to have a double bed, but I was happy that I travelled alone as the bedt was not more than 120-140cm - so not even a queen size bed. Breakfast was nothing to speak of.

No Parking! Despite using the filter to find a hotel that provided parking when we arrived we were told the car park was full. There is a tiny car park at the rear, you are then forced to drive around trying to find somewhere suitable but be aware the police are constantly patrolling looking to give fines.

Super small bathroom. Not clean, moldy shower and no new toilet paper? Just leftovers from the last guest... Restaurant is not good, no fresh food. Only (frozen?) pizza & pasta.

Very well located for my customer. I walked in under 15 minutes. Good restaurant just along the road too. Can't fault it. Staff Very helpful.

Brilliant Location as it just opposite the venue for a Concert. Hamed from Front Desk is a star asset for this property, very helpful and friendly. Surprised with the Breakfast spread, pretty good.
