Relaxing, beautiful and friendly

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant with views over the harbour. We stayed out of season so it was quiet, and the unhurried breakfasts on the terrace were perfect.

The pool was too cold- but my husband loved the temperature so maybe that's just my personal preference.

Treated ourselves to a little bit of luxury - thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a beautiful, spacious room overlooking the harbour. The bathroom was huge and even had a jacuzzi! The breakfast was great. We stayed 3 nights - would have liked longer but quite expensive.

Wonderful staff and location

The facilities were wonderful and the location was close to all activities and easy access to restaurants.

We had an issue with the bar at the hotel. On two separate nights we ordered vodka martinis without vermouth, which is just straight vodka. Also vodka and cranberry drinks were ordered. After several drinks again on our second night we realized that there was almost no Greygoose vodka in our drinks. Finally, on our last night and the last round my wife shared her concern with the bar manager. The manager used a straw to taste and agreed there was little if not any vodka. We had her make two drinks again from an unopened bottle of Greygoose. Finally a real Martini. We have been paying 14 Euroes for two days and I’m not sure what was going on, but not getting the drinks with alcohol. I wouldn’t have expected this from a 5 star hotel.

Must Try Harder

The location was very good. The rooms were large but dated

The staff were quite rude and not practice. I would summarise the key staff as unhelpful. Hvar has introduced a music ban on the whole island. This means Hvar was once a brilliant place to visit has lost its atmosphere. Music can also not be played at talking level. With this n mind and the decimation of the atmosphere in the town it’s surprising the staff were not more accommodating.

Amazing Hotel in Hvar Harbot- Stay Here - It is the best!

The Hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped off the ferry and the bell team was there to meet us. The hotel, our room, the pool, the jacuzzi, the bar with an amazing view of the harbor, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, it was truly outstanding and amazing. I really didn't want to leave and hope to be back soon.

Perfect perch in Hvar!

We loved our views of the harbor and promenade! Front row to all the boat & people watching. Breakfast was amazing. A real feast with Bloody Mary bar and prosecco! Front desk staff was awesome. Spa are and pool are amazing! 4th floor restaurant offers perfect perch!

The sofa bed underside was old and tattered. A few areas needed painting and none of the floor lamps were plugged in so we had to move the sofa to find outlets.

nice hotel but not worth worth the money because the rooms are definitely not superior.

The hotel has a great location, staff were very good and facilities were very good,

The room however, was tiny, very little room and would often bang yourself or the doors to the wardrobe as you have to move things in situ, expected much better for the money spent. Good views across the harbour but no balcony you could lean out the window. This was a very disappointing factor for the money spent.

The most fab time x

Gosh, where do I start, after arriving a bit hot and bothered and a bit sweaty from a journey from Split I arrived at the Adriana. I was greeted by two lovely receptionist a man and a lady who where very kind and proffessional I asked if I could check in a little earlier, after explaining my room wasn't ready untill after 1.30pm they explained I could still use the facilties untill my room was ready. The rooftop bar and lounge area is sublime, the veiws are just amazing and the seating is so comfortable the staff can't do enough for you and where very efficient with drinks and food. The spa facilities are top notch I love a steam room and sauna, the showers are very clean and are well maintained with free flavoured water with various fruits. The pool is sublime all nicely updated and fresh. My room had an en suite and a shower which was spotless the bed was like a dream. Very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour great selection of fruits meats, cheeses, yoghurt bacon eggs etc great selection for even the pickiest of eaters! Realy happy with my stay at the Adriana, brilliant location and top notch facilities too make your stay in Hvar memorable! I will be back!

I guess my only teeny tiny gripe, that the tiles in the steam room and sauna are starting to peel off and get loose. But that's it. The rest is awesome!

Absolutely fabulous location with views of the port and town. Wonderful buffet breakfast and excellent rooftop bar and facilities. Staff were also excellent.

Rooms are quite small but totally fine for a short stay.

A Leak in a “Luxury” Hotel Room

Excellent location and restaurant service.

One day during our stay, there was a light rain in the city. Unfortunately, our room developed a leak—thankfully, it was far from the bed or any walkways. Still, it’s disappointing that a hotel of this caliber would have such poor maintenance.

Breakfast is incredible, the buffet is excellent but ordering eggs Benedict is included and delicious so check the menu, also we got iced lattes and they were wonderful, all included. Can’t beat the location, in the heart of all the activity and next to a popular gelato shop, right on the water. We had carry on roller luggage and it was easy to roll from the ferry to the hotel but there is also provided transport as well. The view from the upstairs bar is great and drinks were good (a bit pricey but delicious). We liked how we could walk to the fort above Hvar from the hotel, and we liked going down the little alleys and off the beaten path. Restaurants were everywhere walkable from the hotel and everything was easy.

No rooms have sea view but we were ok with that since the location was so excellent. Our shower had a large water rotted area in it.

Comfort, location and exceptional service

The service from the moment we stepped off the ferry and were greeted by a porter to take our luggage, was exceptional. We were able to check into one of our rooms early, which was a treat. The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are quiet, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Definitely opt for the breakfast add-on because the buffet and a la carte options are terrific. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after long hot days and watching the sunset on the rooftop while enjoying a drink. Our only regret was not staying longer.

The rooms and shower are on the smaller side and the shower but to be expected with such a central location where space is limited in my opinion.

Heavenly Hvar

Everything was great about this property.

Definitely improve the pillow quality. Ours felt really thin. And maybe waiting for all passengers to disembark from the ferry before leaving without bags.

The place to stay in Hvar

Excellent location overlooking Hvar old town/ marina. 4 minute walk from the ferry dock. Terrace area for breakfast was perfect. The best located hotel in Hvar. Rooftop bar/ sun terrace was also fantastic. Immaculate indoor pool of a decent size. Val Marina restaurant in the hotel was brilliant, lovely food and prices not dissimilar to other comparable restaurants in the area. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, we were celebrating our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make it incredibly special for us! Thank you!!

Very nice hotel in great location, bad bathroom layout

The location can’t be beat. View from rooftop bar/terrace is great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They come pick you up at ferry with golf cart for your luggage, which is a nice touch. The breakfast had so many options.

The bathroom layout is awful. It’s open to the room with just a glass door to shower. We also had problems with water leaking out of shower. We managed, but as aunt and young adult nephew traveling together - some privacy would have been appreciated.

Great stay in Hvar!

The views from the hotel are unsurpassable. We had a great view from our room already, and the view is even better from the lounge. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is well run and lives up to its expectations. They even collected our luggage from the ferry landing spot.

Fabulous 3 nights stay.

Lovely hotel, right on the harbour front. Staff were super friendly. I think we booked the best room (117) large room with a lounge area, huge jacuzzi bath & had a big outdoor terrance overlooking the harbour. Breakfast was really good with a large choice of hot & cold options, with a menu to choose from too if you wanted something cooked. We also ate in the hotel one evening & had a fabulous meal. Indoor pool & outside terrace roof top was very nice.

I’m not a fan of frosted glass bathrooms, everything streams up & the doors didn’t fit well & made a horrible ‘clunck’ & there was a chip out of the door. Also there were a couple of large coffee stains on the carpet near the bed. I have a small B & B and would certainly have got those stains out, hence dropping the hotel by 1 point!
