    Best location in Alkmaar, staff were so polite and copperative, Niels is so helpful and welcoming. Definitely I will book it for my future visit and recommend too for friends.

    There are no double beds in this hotel, when requested through Agoda it gave an option to have either double or twin but unfortunately upon arrival we were advised that the advertisement was incorrect and there were no double beds, only twins. They then told us we could put the sheets together to make a double bed but would not assist. We were also offered breakfast complimentary with our stay and then were attempted to be charged, day staff were unhelpful. Will not be returning
