Best location right on the beach. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant and bar staff very nice as well as the housekeepers.
I guess Parma Excelsior is my standard but this one does not live up to the standard of Parma’s Excelsior. Hard beds, very uncomfortable pillows, room very uncomfortable, tv was on a slant, front desk was decent, not amazing. For 300 euro a night off season, definitely would not come back.

It was to sleep over, as we went to the Viareggio Carnavale. However the experience was amazing. The breakfast and the accommodations are in our memories forever. Space in the rooms, amenities, a closet to empty the luggage and organise everything.
Breakfast on Sunday after 9am is quite busy, as we stay two nights, from Friday to Sunday, we noticed the difference on Saturday morning, the staff had time to attend special requests, like, juice or a cappuccino.

Location.
The room walls had stains. We asked for a different room they said they will clean the stain, the stains were never cleaned. It was disappointing.
