Great breakfast, friendly staff and close to the beach but the facilities could use an upgrade.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, you could even get a fresh croissant with nutella or pistachio etc. Located close to the beach with their own parking spaces.

The facilities could use some upgrading and there is no ac. The room had a big fan that helped a lot but it was quite loud.

Locked door into the hotel and the reception when we arrived at 19.00. Had to call several times with no answer, did recieve an entry door code on sms finally.Noisy seeling fan, did not have sun block curtains.

In the room Terrible hot, no airconditioning in the room, very noisy from outside when open Windows even at 3 o clock in the morning (main street full of cars and motorbikes) we did not sleep at all. Broeken furniture in the rooms, Locke water drain in shower, a lot of moscitos. Price versus quality not matched absolutely.

Although we expected little of the staff due to communication through mail and phone (in order to get the reservation right, messages seemed a bit short and distant), in person they were very friendly and let us leave our luggage for the day. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price.

Compared to all other hotels on our trip, the price did not reflect the quality of the hotel, but prices during this time of the year tend to be high. So I guess we are lucky we found this place for a reasonable price.

Appartamento nuovo , pulito , funzionale, camera da letto grande e bel bagno . Ottimo per 4 persone. Parcheggio interno alla proprietà

Piccole migliorie, ma inerzie. Manca un microonde, che per noi con bambino piccolo è abbastanza indispensabile. Consiglio di cambiare materasso ( troppo morbido per i miei gusti ). Avrei gradito qualche asciugamano grande in più.

Molto bello il restyling del piano terra. Ottima la colazione, lo staff gentilissimo e comodo il parcheggio. La spiaggia è proprio dietro meno di 1 Min in macchina con il parcheggio. Bagni in comune molto pulito. Grazie anche alla disponibilità del lettino. È presente anche il mini frigo in camera, TV e lavandino

L'unica cosa le porte all'apertura e chiusura fanno un po' di rumore, ma abbiamo dormito indisturbati.

Personal kann kein englisch. Sauberkeit ist unter aller Qualität (inklusive würmer im bett). Die Dusche ist runtergefallen von der Wand. (Saftey hazard). Das frühstück war 3 Tage altes Toastbrot mit Toastschinken und in Plastik verpackter Käse. Keine frischen Sachen, kein Gemüse, kein Obst, Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomaten. Als wir früher auschecken wollten aufgrund der Mängel ging es natürlich nicht, dass wir das geld zurückbekommen für die zweite Nacht. Die Lage war absolut schrecklich und der „Strand“ war nur schwer begehbar und eher mit einem Wellenbrecher zu vergleichen.

Abbiamo dormito nella struttura adiacente fronte strada e il bagno era veramente pessimo.. senza porta della doccia, quindi acqua dappertutto davanti e sopra al wc, sanitari incrostati e ruggine su tutti metalli..bagno veramente inguardabile poi il resto nella norma, se ad un prezzo migliore, pagato 150 euro a notte per un posto che ne vale al massimo 60/70

Soggiorno perfetto vicino al mare con ottima colazione

Appartamento molto pulito, confortevole e a pochi passi dal mare. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, ricca e gustosa, servita in una struttura vicina. In quell’occasione abbiamo incontrato Sonia, una donna cordiale e gentile, e Paola, altrettanto premurosa e disponibile. Soggiorno piacevolissimo: torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati sistemati nella depandance. Molto grande e confortevole. Pulita. Bagno funzionale con phon a disposizione. Colazione varia e tutto buono. Disponibilità di posti auto interni. Personale molto gentile.

Alle finestre non c'erano le tende quindi non abbiamo potuto tenere aperte le ante essendo al piano terra. Poche luci disponibili (ad esempio niente comodini con luce autonoma) e quindi per leggere era necessario usare la torcia del telefono per non tenere accese tutte le luci. Non c'erano coperte a disposizione e la tendina ella doccia è scomoda (si bagna il pavimento se non si presta attenzione). Spiaggia adiacente di sassi. Un pò lontano dal lungomare.

Struttura davvero pulita, possibilità di posteggiare l'auto all'interno del cortile protetta da una tettoia, vicinanza al mare, personale cordiale e sorridente. La presenza dell'aria condizionata indipendente per ogni camera.

toccata e fuga a marina di massa

l'appartamento è carino e ristrutturato da poco. i letti sono comodi e la zona giorno è funzionale e ben arredata. il bagno è funzionale, però portatevi il sapone da casa perchè quello in dotazione basta per mezza doccia.

purtroppo non dipende dai proprietari, ma la zona è un po' distante da marina di massa e la strada adiacente all'appartamento è abbastanza trafficata, quindi per noi che eravamo abituati ad anadare in centro a piedi, è stato un po' più complicato raggiungere amici e ristoranti. in cucina avrei inserito un pentola un po' più grande perchè con quelle in dotazione non si riesce a fare una pasta per 4 persone. all'arrivo consiglio di inserire in frigo almeno una bottiglia di acqua e i sacchetti per la diferenziata. la cosa che purtroppo mi ha disturbato di più è stata un pompa posizionata in giardino vicino alle camere. si aziona da sola ogni minuto e sta in funzione 5 secondi (tutto il giorno e tutta la notte). non sono riuscito a dormire.
