The staff were great and very helpful in every way. The food was good, the ostrich steak was delicious! The view of the ostrich farms is nice and with the pool it’s perfect for a relaxed day. Definitely would recommend to join the ostrich tour as you receive some really interesting facts about ostrichs!
The hotel is nice but you notice that the years of glory have passed. The room was clean with the only exception of the in gap between the sinks.

Staff are fantastic and breakfast was great.
I think Mooiplaas was overbooked and we were shoved off to "The Annex", which is not set up to handle rain in terms of access to the rooms, gutters are rotting and falling off, meaning you have to dodge waterfalls. I have stayed at Mooiplaas before and the room we stayed in this time does not compare to the room we stayed in last time. Not worth the amount we spent and we will not be back.
