The experience of a historical building on a farm setup and its history during the Ostrich Feather Fashion period. It is beautifully brought up to date without sacrificing the authentic features. Very friendly owners with hands on their guest accommodation. Personal touch was very special. The breakfasts were superb!
The distance from Oudtshoorn to the Farmhouse is doable except for the last portion which is a typical farm road.

This was a highlight on our Karoo cycle! 8 cyclists stayed the night hosted by Stan and Bernadette in their generational home! We absolutely loved everything about it!
Situated 10 min from town - which we loved!! Just logistics for cyclists hoping to get a meal in town! We did manage though…

Everything. This was a very special place to stay - so much so we were lucky to be able to extend our visit. The owners went out of their way to make us welcome - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and facilities were outstanding.

The hosts were the best. Supper nice couple that took us through the house history and also recommended an amazing place to dinner. Breakfast was delicious. It was a potty I could not stay longer!!
