We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Plume. The room was immaculate, spacious and had an outside sitting area. The rooms and dining room offer an old-worldly elegance. The food was delicious and the staff exceptional.

The rooms were large and elegant. Fabulous antiques in every room. VERY roomy bath with a terrific soaking tub. The AC was really good, which is important with the temperature over 100 . Dinner was top notch. Excellent food with a terrific presentation Our visit Oudtshoorn was kind of a bust due to the heat. BUT the stay at La PLume made it worth the trip

La Plume was gorgeous-the best place that we stayed during our journey of the Garden Route. The suites were so nicely appointed and super spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we were disappointed that we missed dinner (it was only a 3-course meal). I loved taking a bath in the beautiful bathroom and went for a run at sunrise through the ostrich farms. It’s only about a half hour from Cango Caves. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. This is definitely a place we could spend a few days to rest.
