We really liked the place and facilities, there was a lot to keep the kids busy . The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to cater to one's needs.
Lighting in our tent could be better. Would have loved the option of a shower, but otherwise perfect facilities.

Room was good but little dated. Great view right beside the river.
Restaurant - Poor value for money and not much choice for vegetarian food. In the restaurant staff was not very friendly.

Location was great, lovely lodge, very good breakfast and a restaurant on site
It’s was very cold. The air con (for heat) wasn’t working (although the manager offered 2 electric fans) they were sufficient and only warmed the bedrooms so the kitchen and lounge were very cold
