The property owner was extremely prompt with all communications and even came to the house to show us how to use the smart tv options. The house is well appointed, and the kitchen has everything you need (the owner even went out to buy extra pans after my inquiry about a certain size baking pan). There is a ton of beach supplies too. My only note to share is the pool was not a full size swimming pool, so be sure to read the details in the listing for size. The separate hot tub was fabulous. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

The house exceeded our expectations. Pam was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The home was clean, well stocked, beautifully updated and maintained, and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Having an almost private beach and the ocean just an easy two minute walk away was absolutely magical. Could not have asked for a better experience or host.

The house was perfect, everything was clean and well stocked. I have never stayed anywhere more comfortable and welcoming. The whole family enjoyed being there. My grandsons loved the pool and left there able to float and very close to swimming. We are so grateful to have stayed here!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a warm, welcoming, well appointed place very close to the beach....top rated in our opinions!!

What a nice week we had at the beach. This house is super well organized and incredibly well stocked. We are used to going to the beach and bringing our own chairs and whatnot because places claim they have items, but they're invariably in terrible shape. Not here, everything in the house was better than described. You can easily load everything up in the provided cart and it's a quick walk to the beach. The outdoor space, while small, is quite nice. There's a hot tub (which we didn't use, it being hot as anything), a nice outdoor bar & grill area with some stools, and a little dipping pool. Please note the pool gets quite warm as the day goes on, even if you turn the temperature down, but it was relaxing. When you return from the beach there's a hose outside so you can wash the sand off items and a terrific outdoor shower. Insides, there's a cute little Florida room that we sat in quite a bit, and a really comfortable living room. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. The trifling complaint would be that the knives all probably need a good sharpening, but we tend to cook every night rather than go out. There's a great island for food prep and there's plenty of food storage containers when you have leftovers. Labels are thoughtfully placed in the house so you know what switch goes with what light fixture. There were hangers and plenty of storage. I know it's all basics, but it was a treat to go someplace and have it be super organized, clean, and well thought out for what guests might need or want.Now, there's nothing but the beach to walk to around there (and a local park on the Intercoastal side), but there's plenty to do nearby including a cool state park. You can also go further into Ormond for food - it's a 10 minute drive to the grocery store.Finally, the owner was incredibly accommodating and super communicative. She let us know small things, like what day the pool and lawn maintenance crews were coming by, and checked in on other things. She really went above and beyond to check in with us and communicate, and it was much appreciated.We look forward to returning!
