Between Hyères and Carqueiranne, nestled on the hill in a private and secure estate of 5 houses, this contemporary new villa offers an exceptional panorama of the sea and the islands of gold.

The 11.5mx4m infinity pool extends the view of the big blue and perhaps heated.
Only a few minutes walk down to the Almanarre beach, a must-see spot for windsurfers and kitsurfer, on the Giens peninsula and its coves, in the center of Hyères or at the charming little port of Carqueiranne and its family beaches .
St Tropez is 55 km (about ¾ hour depending on the season) by the road to the forest of Don ... The pier for Porquerolles is about 11. 5km and the pier for Port Cros (port of Hyères) is about 8 km.
Final cleaning is included and sheets and towels are provided. The beds are made upon arrival.
The security deposit of € 2000 will be paid directly and not by HomeAway.
