Air-conditioned apartment, strategically located, with stunning views of the Poniente beach. Large veranda facing south. Two bedrooms, a large living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a gallery accessible from the kitchen.
It has a communal swimming pool and a community car park protected by a door with automatic opening.
The property has a swimming pool open all year.
The southern orientation of the terrace allows you to enjoy sunbathing in winter and a pleasant temperature during the summer season when the sun is very high and does not enter the terrace. Its situation facing the sea allows it to benefit from a sea breeze which causes a pleasant thermal sensation even on days of maximum temperatures.
The beach is the best in Benidorm. Even in high season, it is very easy to get a space by the sea.
Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and food shops nearby. The area is quiet with limited traffic.

This apartment was lovely, in an ideal position on Poniente Beach! The apartment was much larger than we expected and very comfortable! Excellent air conditioning, which in the heat of the summer is needed!The WiFi was excellent and the TV had a full Netflix package.Communication with our host Jose was first class and he supplied us we so much information to help us navigate the area , his response to any questions was immediate and we cannot thank him enough for his time and thoughtfulness!! Totally recommend this property and if booked you will not be disappointed!!

Excellent property in a great location, all the facilities you could wish for in the property. Communication from José and Agnieszka on site was also excellent. Great place to stay in a prime location.

We stayed in November and absolutely loved these apartments!They are quiet and located in an excellent spot on Poniente Beach. The view from the terrace overlooking the promenade and the sea is stunning, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.The owner is very pleasant, responsive, and always ready to help us.We would be happy to return

Excellent host & excellent on site meet & greet by Agnieszka, very clean & well appointed apartment.Lovely sea view & great access to the wonderful Benidorm beach. Will be returning without a doubt.
