Clean and spacious

The location was great, close enough to the main attractions but just far enough away not to be disturbed by them. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill but that didn’t affect our stay and there is a way to enter the complex without going up the hill. The roof top terrace has amazing views of the mountains and is a fantastic place to sit early in the morning or at night. There was plenty of storage space and all the amenities required. Lots of outdoor seating options. Everything in the photos and listing was accurate. Air con was very good, only one bedroom didn’t have any but that was okay.

A small number of the fittings needs replaced mainly on the terrace. The shades on the terrace were damaged, probably through the wind and sun but they had came off the rail. The outdoor shower wasn’t working also. Overall they were the only issues.

It was tastefully furnished, beautifully clean and in a quiet location relatively close to all restaurants, shops etc. Communication with Anna of Asten Realty was excellent.

There was an extremely steep part of the hill going up to the apartment which gave us a bit of a work out!

Verkehrslärm, Hotel-Lärm gegenüber (Zulieferverkehr, Geschirrklimpern, Gerüche), Baufeld und Container-Abladeplatz vorm Schlafzimmerfenster, Dachterrasse nicht mit Liegen wie auf dem Foto, sondern alte Plastikliegen ohne Auflagen, Terrassenmöbel generell ohne Auflagen/Kissen, Wohnung generell sehr dunkel, Campingtisch als Esstisch in der Küche, unbequeme Couch/Sessel, div Lichtschalter und Lampen defekt, Sonnenschutz auf Terrasse defekt, 4. Schlafzimmer auf Bild nicht zugänglich, nur 2 Handtücher pro Person/Aufenthalt
