Great cottage, plenty of facilities and help always on hand

Great facilities, everything was kept very clean and help was always on hand for anything you struggled with. Plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area. Always something going on throughout the day on the farm.

Takes a while to get places as a lot of single track country lanes leading to the cottage

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location with beautiful views

Well furnished, clean cottage in a lovely peaceful location, with beautiful views. Not too far from local amenities. The host Phil was very welcoming and helpful. Our son enjoyed meeting the horses in the stables on site. Would recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful escape from civilisation in this cosy cottage with all the amentinites of a contemporary dwelling

The cottage was very cosy and well located, away from busy roads and any noise. All facilities were incredibly clean and everything had been renovated to a very high standard. Mr. Harrison was incredibly welcoming and even lit us a fire for our arrival, and provided a full welcome basket! The horses on the farm were an added perk.

Just the fact that such a large bedroom had such a small double bed - a king size bed would be a good idea as there is nothing else in the room to save space for!

Very conveniently situated with wonderful views. Peaceful and quiet. Very clean and tastefully furnished. No parking issues. Hot water always there when needed. Lovely spacious shower with good sized changing area. Great to see the stabled horses and got to give them carrots. Owner a really lovely and informative host.

Lovely little Cottage in the countryside.

Extremely peaceful location. The Owner was on hand and really helpful. A few horses living very close to the cottage which was lovely.

Lovely cottage

Absolutely great cottage and a brilliant host Loved our stay in here. Very tidy and clean cottage. Phil is an amazing host who is prepared to walk extra mile to help his guests. He is available anytime if you need sny help. We loved his welcome basket with a loaf of bara-brith a local delicacy, and a bottle of elderflower. Cottage has everything you expect. It's spacious and airy. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. There is also an utility with washing machine and a tumble drier. Downstairs bathroom is spacious. Two bedrooms in upstairs with staircases for each.Beds are comfy. Wood burner stove is an added bonus for a winter visitor. The view is unmatchable. Several acres of the farm and the River Dee estuary on one side. And the horses next door. Shenelle loved feeding them with carrots and apples. This is for you if you want absolute peace and tranquility.

A BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL, EXPERIENCE.

The location of this cottage was excellent. Especially for myself and my mother who is slightly disabled. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings . And not too far away from amenities and places that I would be sure, to suit all interest’s , such as shopping , history, walks , etc etc .There is something for everyone’s taste here. Everything was as exactly as described on the website. Nothing hidden. A beautiful tastefully converted cottage , that has all the mod cons . A thoughtful welcome basket , A super clean home, ( which is always an important priority on my list of stays.) Amazing scenery. And the list goes on. Most importantly!!! …. Mr Harrison , who is the owner. Was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble to ask . It was an absolute pleasure meeting such a lovely person. Overall!!.. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. There are many beautiful places . However, I would count myself lucky, to have fallen on such a beautiful place to stay .

A home from home, with the additional view, character and hospitality 😊

Stunning property set in a beautiful location, extremely clean and welcoming. The host was very helpful and attentive, location proved to be perfect with easy access to supermarkets, beaches, great restaurants, cafes & A55 costal road. It was lovely and cool in the hot weather but I imagine, cosy and warm in the cold with the log burner to!
