Fantastic cottage in the heart of Mid Wales

Great location, deep in the countryside with extensive views, friendly farm animals, but only 10 minutes from Llandrindod Wells. Comfy beds, private from other 3 houses, friendly owners; newly refurbed bathroom. Nice welcome Welsh cakes!

Beautiful location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's lovely to be next to the farm but it doesn't encroach on the cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and facilities and equipment well thought through. It was perfect for what we needed. Thank you

I was in the bedroom, which is East facing - would be worth considering a black out blind as well as the curtains as it's very bright. Also maybe there could be a bit more privacy from the next door's garden - as there was a hot tub there and didn't feel could onto the grass when they were using it.

we wanted a quiet place in wales to ride small mountain roads and positioning of this cottage perfectly suited that

the location was perfect,at the end of a farm lane overlooking hills and valleys. peaceful and quiet with just the birds, large and small for company. perfect for us to go out for days ride on motorcycles and then back to relax

Peaceful remote location and clean (despite a few spiders and flies!), but sparsely appointed

Very peaceful location and reasonably close to Llandrindod Wells, albeit not walkable. Great for days out on the Brecon Beacons and for exploring the Elan Valley and other areas of mid Wales

The cottage wasn't very well appointed, e.g. little in the way of kitchen equipment and no DVD player. Also, there was not much by way of a welcome pack, with just a few tea bags (probably left by the previous occupants) and some very old coffee (pretty much a solid block as it had got damp!). There was some milk left for us on arrival, but the fridge wasn't turned on so it was properly disgusting when we got there.

Delightful , relaxing cottage in a stunning farm location. Felt immediately comfortable and at home. Very clean with all the extras you could need. Amazing views of stars at night. The drive through Hundred Hills to the cottage was beautiful. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Location

Weak WiFi, but more than made up for by the beautiful location, peace and quiet and beautifully dark night skies. The location explains why the wifi is weak, it is remote.

Had a lovely long relaxing weekend

Location was great would be ideal for a family to have separate cottages and get together

the hob took a little getting used to as it was the element style and took a long time to heat up and cool down. Maybe a halogen replacement would be an idea
