The property is located attic 10 mins walk from the harbour , nice fitted kitchen with fridge , electric cooker, microwave, etc ,huge lounge with dining table and 6 chairs , tv, sofa and chairs , large bedroom with en-suite 2nd large bedroom and a family bathroom, twin beds on 3rd floor , the whole house was spotlessly clean , parking straight outside on the main road .

Very clean, shower rooms looked recently decorated, lots of space, back yard a real suntrap.

The shower room for top floor rooms was on the fist floor and the staircase was a little difficult to navigate

The property was well located, very clean, the master bedroom and both bathrooms were beautiful and done to a high standard. The kitchen as a whole was well done. Parking wasn’t an issue and the neighbourhood was quiet.

The fridge is very small to the point I couldn’t really fit much in, carpets were stained and torn in places they should consider laminating the floors. The rear area was untidy hadn’t been weeded or decorated to make it comfortable. The back door and windows were quite untidy as the paint was coming off. The furniture very dated and broken on one side of the settee. The blinds I’m afraid are quite awful, they are office blinds cut to fit the windows nice material blinds would have been better, Roman blinds a better choice as those also bang at night if it’s windy. The hob is extremely dangerous and needs to be replaced it is a fire risk and a risk to children, it’s an old electric disc job which remains very hot even after it’s been turned off. They really need to put in a smart tv as you can only get 5 channels on the tv.
