Excellent overall.

The accommodation was spacious and well set out. The grounds were relaxing and quiet to sit in. Everything was clean and well looked after. There was complimentary wine, plus tea and coffee. A good location, particularly for woodland walking., and you can walk to the bay too. There is a small grocery store conveniently situated opposite The Knowe Upper (Graham's Grocery) that stays open until 10pm and the grocer is incredibly helpful. We met the owners briefly on the last day. Very friendly.

The one drawback was that the beds were incredibly firm. I know this is down to personal preference so it's not really a dislike, but interesting to know for your decision making if you require a softer mattress.
