The place is amazing! The rooms are big and comfortable with lovely view. The outdoor was stunning with view to the sea. There is a privet beach 10 min walk from the house. The house is organized with everything we needed. It was lovely for 3 couples. The host installed wifi before our stay!

The location was splendid, you had a splendid view on the sunrise, and another view on the sunset, and another ultra nice thing was that there was a little beach hidden like 10 min from the location and you could say that you had a "private" beach :))
It had a little problem with spiders, but maybe it was just us that tryed to find them. So in general it had no problem :)). Another problem would be that there is no wi-fi, but the owner said that it will be installed later (so lucky you :)) )

The owners are great, the view is wonderful. Within walking distance to Pirgadikia village and very close (around 5 minutes) to a nice beach with a good beach bar which is not that crowded during weekdays. When we've arrived, the owners were there to welcome us. They were very kind to show us all the villa amenities, we had everything we needed. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Everything was great! I can recommend adding an air conditioning machine in the living room downstairs. However only needed when there are extreme temperatures otherwise opening the windows is enough as the place takes advantage of the sea breeze.
