Our stay at Xalonia Seaview in Agios Nikolaos was simply extraordinary. As two couples, we rented a 2-bedroom apartment and were blown away by the mesmerizing sea view from the balcony, the delightful garden, and the fantastic barbecue area. It was a true retreat where we created unforgettable memories. The host’s friendly and welcoming nature added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Their hospitality, combined with the villa’s attention to detail, made our stay even more special. We highly recommend Xalonia Seaview for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.😍

The house has a very nice garden with sea views. The apartments are spacious and clean. Martina and Dimitri are wonderful hosts, smiling and very kind. At a distance of about 2 minutes by car there is a beautiful sandy beach.

We have a incredible time in Greece. This is a heavenly place the conditions, the atmosphere, the hospitality were all more than charming. Matina and Dimitri are unique hosts who prepare incredibly delicious dishes. We had an unforgettable vacation and we are looking forward to next year to return there.

Hosts were amazing. They are there for you in every possible way. Accommodation is fantastic, have everything you need and cleanliness is top notch. Our kids particularly liked the children's playground.

The best place for family vacation!

Very comfortable and clean apartment with a balcony and amazing sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped. The internet is fast. The parking place is available. The restaurants are 10 min walking away. The beaches are 5-10 min away with a car. Our hosts, Matina and Dimitris, are so nice and helpful people. Thank you, Matina, for your delicious food.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und wahnsinnig nette Gastgeberin, die uns mitten in der Nacht winkend und mit einem kleinen Snack willkommen geheissen hat. Jederzeit ansprechbar und für Tips und Empfehlungen zu haben. Da kann man sich wohlfühlen!
