Very well located, very good communication with the host although we did not meet. The apartment is well equipped and the bed is comfortable.
Since it's on the ground floor, it's rather humid (we were there in October and it rained) and dark, also you can really hear everything on the street and neighbours. Accommodation in Palermo is rather expensive bit we felt it was not that great value for money.

Apartment was exactly as described, and very clean.Plenty towels and hot water, good wifi, mossie -proofed. Close to the historic centre , but nonetheless quiet. Apartment was very secure.
Host was very supportive and informative.Gave us a good orientation to the city and pointers about where to eat, and gave us his phone number in case we needed any help during our stay.
