The terrace on the roofs of SS. Savior

I had an incredible stay at Terrace on the Roofs in Palermo and would absolutely book it again.From the start, communication was excellent. The hosts were proactive and responsive leading up to the trip, and check-in was completely seamless. That set the tone for a stress-free experience right away.The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped as a home base for exploring Sicily. But the real highlight is the rooftop terrace. The views are stunning, and it quickly became my favorite part of the stay. Whether it was enjoying a quiet morning coffee as the city woke up or unwinding late at night after being out in Palermo’s nightlife, the terrace made every moment memorable. There’s also a fun, social vibe—you might even end up chatting with neighbors on nearby balconies, which adds to the charm of the experience.The location truly could not be better. It’s right in the heart of Palermo, making it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and major sights. Because it’s in the city center, taxis and Ubers can be a bit limited or require a short walk—but if you’re used to navigating a city, it’s very manageable and well worth it for such a central location.Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, location, and atmosphere. Once I settled in, it was all about enjoying Palermo to the fullest—and this apartment made that easy.Highly recommend

Thought we were getting a place with a balcony. We were told we didn’t have access to the terrace. It was very nice and clean, but it was 104 steps from the entrance to the room. I was glad we had a small suitcase.

Great location-as advertised. Worked well for active adults.
