Tutto perfetto. Soprattutto la posizione

Comodissima al centro, due minuti dalla cattedrale. Completa di tutti i servizi, ben strutturata con tutto il necessario. Filippo, l’host, è super disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, specie nel nostro caso che abbiamo avuto il volo cancellato e ci ha permesso un check in anticipato e checkout ritardato. Super consigliato per chi vuole avere un punto comodo a tutte le bellezze centrali di Palermo

Extremely nice and helpful host. He was ready to provide assistance anytime. Perfect location if you want to see the old part of the town, museums and churches - everywhere walking distance (Count Federico Palace just 3-4 min away, very nice museum, highly recommendable). Ballaro next door - great at 10-12 for a tasty, inexpensive meal. Kitchen was completely fine for preparing a meal, fridge was spacious enough for a family stay. Bed was very comfortable - the three of us could sleep in one bed with no issues (mom, dad and 5 yo). Nicely furbished for a small yet comfortable space. We could watch Netflix in the evening.

Some small issues only: kettle was sometimes working, sometimes not. I bet though if we asked the host for help, he would. We just didn't bother :) A bit stuffy in the apartment when left for a day, AC needs to be on (but I guess - normal in Italy). We missed salt and olive oil in the kitchen (also just a small issue as grocery shop was nearby and we could easily get what we need).
