The property is located in the center of Palermo (ZTL), in the lively Ballarò Market area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace and the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, and Villa Bonanno.

The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 32-inch TV, split A/C, and access to Balcony I;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, a desk, a clothes rack, split A/C, and access to Balcony II;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TWO SMALL BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); please pay attention to the hours and access restrictions.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, not even for a fee



The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, in an area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies). In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach some of the city’s main points of interest, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo, and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò Market is just a few meters from the property.
