The property was very cosy and well presented with everything needed for a stay. The hot tub was an added bonus. Was very peaceful but close enough to other little towns and villages in the area.

This place is all about the hot tub...it was hot, clean and perfect for a couple's escape. The cabin was cosy and the log fire was great. The welcome pack was perfect.
Local pub (butcher's arms in sheepscombe) was fantastic...we recommend it for a great meal.
Wi-fi these days is essential and there was none available (which we knew). 4g reception was ok, but just about.
The on-site cafe is closed through the winter, till March.

Beautiful location, felt really private even with other lodges nearby. Lovely to have own garden.
Door was really stiff, probably due to swelling in cold and wet. Wasn’t too much of an issue as husband could open and close it but I couldn’t on my own easily.

Everything was great

It was quiet and cosy
I wouldn’t come again and myself and my partner weren’t very happy, especially as this was a “long weekend trip” for his birthday. The first issue being we weren’t greeted when we arrived and found our own way to the cabin. We felt it lacked hospitality and human interaction, especially after driving over 3 hours up from London. Also that we were told that there’s no wifi in the cabins but there is wifi in the cafe, which is currently not open until March. I felt like this is information that would have been nice since neither of our data was working properly and if needed to be reached for an emergency that wouldn’t be possible. Secondly the hot tub was not checked, cleaned or serviced once in the whole 4 days we were here, on Tuesday we noticed a large build up in the tub and decided not to go in again. Another issue was towels. One towel per person for 4 days using the hot tub and shower isn’t enough and I refuse to pay for more towels so we simply went out and bought our own we could take home with us. I feel that paying almost £100 a night would warrant enough towels or even fresh ones every other day at least. There are also stains on the blinds and on the footstools. Again paying almost £300 for a 3 night stay and the place not being spotless on arrival is disappointing. Finally having to take out our own bins and recycling doesn’t seem appropriate considering we are paying to stay here as guests and is a cleaners job, which you told me yesterday you have onsite cleaners but we haven’t seen anyone apart from Danni. Suffice to say I feel a bit disappointed and won’t be back and won’t be recommending cherry tree glamping to anyone. I just feel like personally a few changes would make the experience a lot better and make me want to spend that much. I messaged the campsite owner telling her I was unhappy and she dismissed my concerns and said it’s just how the cabin site runs.

The location was lovely, very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the lodge was warm with the lit wood burner. We loved our welcome hamper. Plenty of pubs and cafes within a short drive. We didn't have wood when we arrived after a mix up at my end with payment. Once paid we had plenty to keep us going. Little enclosed garden for our dog. The hot tub was great very relaxing.
No signal for calls/texts but if you walk about a bit you can get it.

I liked the hot tub. The overall cosiness was great. Great area
I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like. The hob could’ve had a manual though

Everything was incredible. Lovely cosy house. Amazing jacuzzi even with -3 degrees we could stay there without feeling any cold as the jacuzzi is outside in the porch. We had doubts that it would be very cold, but no! We stay at bluebell just two of us but the house has two rooms. Very nice private garden with bench, fire place and possibility to make a bbq. We are so glad we decided to come.
The only tiny problem was no wardrobe or so but as we were to people I used the bed from the other room to put the clothes and everything. It will be a problem is 4 people come in. Also to stay two nights is ok but more than that without wardrobe or any storage can be a problem. However this is a personal opinion but as I said the stay was just unforgettable! Thanks

Everything about cherry tree glamping was wonderful! The lovely lodge was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. The hot tub was dreamy and we especially enjoyed the log fire. The staff member was very responsive when we needed assistance. The breakfast basket was a very nice touch - and the cafe owners were lovely with the best coffee. Thank you cherry tree we will definitely be back and have already rebooked to revisit in march with our son.
A rug in the lodge would have been a lovely cosy touch but that’s all I can think of :)

We had the most magical Christmas staying at Squirrel Lodge. The way each lodge is set out with its own outdoor space etc gives a real feel of privacy and the location was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed some amazing walks, the hot tub was beautiful and clean and the lodge stayed really toasty with the lovely wood stove. It was honestly perfect, such a special stay and we can't wait to return.
Honestly it was perfect but if I *had* to leave feedback, perhaps some instructions for the microwave/combi oven and the hob as we were a little unsure how to use them and it was hard to tell what setting the hob was on. Also possibly a roll of binbags in one of the kitchen drawers would have been useful - we felt like we left the bin very full and would happily have changed it and taken to the big bins halfway through our stay if there were binbags in the chalet :)

The quietest, the hot tub, the welcome hamper. Absolute pure heaven, we will definitely be back 🥰
We had a issue with flies on the second night but think that was due to the crazy amount of rain not the site itself

Myself and my husband loved the log burner and hot tub.. the peace and quiet was just what we needed
The only minor thing was no WiFi but we could live without that as this is what we wanted to get away from the hassles and strains of life

Lovely location and exceptionally clean. Lovely hot tub and very comfortable bed. The little welcome food pack was nice with coffee bags, tea, milk, eggs etc. Nice to have.
A few things that could be better. The extension lead in the bedroom is cracked with a piece missing so really should be replaced. There is a hob and microwave but no oven, a combi microwave and oven would be a small thing to change but make a bug difference.
We had an email saying there was a cafe on site and it provided opening times. Great? No. The cafe was closed for the winter. Would have been nice to know and they may have made a few extra quid as I would have ordered breakfast items.

The lodge was cosy and comfortable for our stay. The hosts sent our information for the stay and made sure they were contactable. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch along with the games provided in the lodge due to the lack of TV and WiFi.
Some sensor lighting leading to the lodges may be helpful as we arrived at 23:00 on check in and struggled to find our lodge in the darkness.
A gate or separator for the living area and sleeping area would be helpful for some people coming with dogs, especially with dogs not being allowed on furniture. We ended up making a divider out of furniture but this wasn't ideal and from pictures, we didn't know it would be open plan.
Perhaps a storage box for clothing and belongings under the bed could be added as there isn't anywhere for these and for a few nights, you end up shoving packed bags under the bed instead which can get untidy.

It was very cosy and spacious for two.
If I was being super picky the mattress was too soft but that is also more of a personal preference

Had an amazing weekend stay with my partner. Very private, we had Butterfly lodge which was super private. The cabin was clean and perfect for 2 people.
The welcome hamper was so lovely and I paid a little more for birthday decorations to be added. The fire was so nice in the evening and heated the cabin, no need to worry about being cold.
They had a note about Lily the cat, she would totally leave you alone if you didn’t want her in your area but we loved her and let her in our cabin with us :)
Nothing not to like, it was perfect

Everything. From the food basket to the board games. Good for a semi digital device detox. Limited phone signal/internet connection meant less time spent on the phone and iPads. The food basket was for us luxurious enough. Fresh orange juice and not concentrated provided was the highlight of the food basket. The hot tub was good too. Not big but good enough for two adults. It’s a tiny cabin and a good intro to tiny living, we felt.

Wonderful ! A beautiful little oasis tucked away in Stroud. We had an amazing time.
More hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes please. A very minor issue, but would be really helpful.

The lodge was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, nice shower and the mini kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome basket was also lovely! The hot tub was brilliant, so clean and nice and hot on our arrival. Our dog loved the open space around the cabin and exploring the woods behind the campsite.
We visited the local pub the Butcher’s arms and enjoyed a lovely meal. The site is in a good location, the nearest town is Stroud, we walked along the Stroud canal and some National trust sites. Also went a little further afield to Burford village.
The onsite cafe was also very nice, we enjoyed a yummy breakfast on our departure day!
We stayed for three nights during the summer holiday and thought the price was very reasonable, would definitely come back if wanting to travel to the Cotswolds again!
Nothing.

Lovely cabin , nice welcome pack, lovely cafe , all staff were really nice & helpful .
Bbq & hot tub facilities perfect
This is a personal choice , but I'd like Internet & a tv, totally understand its a retreat and lots of people don't want these facilities, but just the option so everyone is catered for would be nice

Very clean, everything was thought about, from the extra pillows to tin foil.
Only thing was my dog kept escaping from the broken gate and my son wished there was a TV. I had no complaints
