The bed was very big and very confortable. AC was a bonus.
The shower door from the bathroom was broken and therefore was not closing properly, you would thing for the money that he charges turists he could afford to fix it. And another thing you would think for a familly of 3 for 5nights the owner would care to leave more than 1 toilet paper at the bathroom. So I don t have to buy my own toilet paper in 2026. Also some tv would be nice to work to watch at least a few channels only.

We had a wonderful stay here in Split. The host, Luka was very communicative and the check in process was smooth and easy. Really great location and only a 5 minute walk from the North gate entrance to the old town. Luka also gave great tips on where to safely park our car for free and some wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Thanks for a great stay.

Location was great.
Air conditioning did not work very well. No wifi or internet in the room. Mentioned it to the host a couple if times but he was unable to fix it through our stay. That made it difficult for us to look for information while we were at the room.
