Room has been refurbished to a high standard, Meal was nice in the evening, Breakfast Excellent, great friendly staff. I would stay here again in the future.

By the river. Really lovely. Loud rushing water but I liked that.
Wren room was above the kitchen fan so it was noisy and had food smells coming into the room during kitchen opening hours. It was off over night and came on around 7.30am
I moved rooms the next night

Location
Room above kitchen extractor fan, noisy & smell. Lights outside left on 24/7 so lit room all night.
Plug in sink didn’t hold water, had to refill sink 6 times to have a wash, general lack of hanging in bathroom and small space to move around. Breakfast overcooked and items missing most days, limited availability.
