Room was comfortable clean although on a junction at traffic lights it was amazingly quiet because of triple glazing tea etc was readily available at reception, food in the restaurant was excellent, beer selection was limited ok if you like lager😂staff were excellent and parking was good.
Bath was very slippery when using shower although it had an anti slip coating it didn’t work but shower itself was ok

Location
Room above kitchen extractor fan, noisy & smell. Lights outside left on 24/7 so lit room all night. Plug in sink didn’t hold water, had to refill sink 6 times to have a wash, general lack of hanging in bathroom and small space to move around. Breakfast overcooked and items missing most days, limited availability.
