Beautiful views from our balcony, wonderful staff, loved every minute

Wonderful location, right on the beach, great views, very clean and fantastic staff. Great breakfast. Bus stop close by. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of hot water etc.

Rather a small room and no kettle for tea. No shampoo. Few other restaurants near by.

Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We liked the exterior and location of the property. Breakfast was good and the morning coffee was very nice.

Location was excellent right next to beach with amazing sun sets. Bus stop into split right outside and it had a supermarket next door too Pool was nice

It said on booking.com It had 2 swimming pools but there was only 1, there were drinks in fridge when arrived which we were charged for a few days later even though no sign in room to say prices of drinks Beds were uncomfortable and rooms very basic for the price Breakfast wasn’t the best Food in restaurant very expensive and not the best , water was 5 pound

It was a brilliant holiday!

The pool was good enough for the kids and sea was only one step away from the hotel and it was crystal clear.

The beds were not really comfortable, the room was a bit out dated.

The breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel

My sister was locked out of her room one night. The night receptionist was listening to music on his headphones and couldn’t hear her ringing the bell. My sister slept outside the whole night. The morning receptionist thought it was funny and not at all apologetic. Unacceptable behaviour.

Wonderful hotel

The location was amazing, and the view from the bedroom was stunning. The bedroom was cozy and clean, the staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

We spend two leisure days in this hotel.

We had booked a room with sea-view balcony. Therefore, we got nice sunset views. The beach is right below the balcony. The staff was nice and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was sufficient. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a choice of basic dishes. Free parking was available right beside the hotel.

The swimming pool was not available because of cleaning and maintenance.

Pleasant

We loved that it was right in the beach. Split was easy to get to by bus, and cheap. Having a little shop next door was great too.

More information upon check in, such as about what times the Restaurant was open. The menu was very limited, especially for a vegetarian. So we didn’t eat at hotel. The cleaning of room was non existent, we had to find loo roll and ask for clean towels. The floor was never hoovered and was in much need of it after a week. Bed never once made.

Best location to imagine: literally directly on the beach. Very nice staff. Basically everything was fine.

Some minor issues in bathroom equipment (e.g shower head, blinking light) could be solved. Some new sunshades for the pool would be nice because many of the old ones are broken.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They seemed happy at their work so that added to the atmosphere. Room was large and airy. Being right on the sea front meant we watched magnificent sunsets each evening.

Great location and comfortable base for exploring Split

This hotel has much to commend it - directly on the shingle beach in Podstrana, with two pools, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but it was easy to get a bus into the centre of the Old Town of Split. The food is good - lots of variety in the breakfast buffet, and well -cooked evening meals. Lovely to watch the sun set and the sky and sea go inky black as you enjoy your evening meal. Some of the staff were really helpful in giving us information and directions. Top tip - visit the island of Trogir by ferry from Split (Bara Lines) - much cheaper than booking a tour!

Poor service for one evening meal due to unusual staff shortages.

Right on the beach

Nice Hotel. Great location. A bit out of the city but if you are there by car no problem. Small grocery store right next door. You are right at the beach. Breakfast on the big patio right at the beach was amazing. Two nice pools. And a big plus for me the Beach was never busy and very clean unlike the popular spots inside town. Loved sitting on the balcony at night with ocean view. Would definitely recommend. Especially with kids. It was just great not having a long walk to the beach grab the kids step out the door and you are there

The Ac was old and could have been a lot colder. It worked and it was better than not having one. But that was a big minus for me. If they could upgrade their Air-conditioning everything woulr be great
