About this apartment rental

The studio-flat is located in a quiet district with all amenities and only 300 metres from Pablo Picasso's birthplace on the edge of the city's pedestrian precinct. The Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the cathedral and the renowned Calle Larios are all less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest beach 20 minutes. It is a real advantage to be able to enjoy to the full and close to hand such important occasions in the city as Holy Week or the August Fair without the undesirable noise of the festivities. With the Cervantes Theatre within 200 metres it is also well situated for those who want to enjoy Malaga's Cinema Festival. The studio-flat is on the second and top floor of a building fitted with a lift. Its outside balcony provides abundant natural light. A spiral staircase leads to its private, south-facing terrace above the apartment. It is ideal for meals in the open air and for relaxing in the sun... It is ideal for a couple. It has a bed-settee (160 cm) for two people with a possibility of space for a travel-cot. For your clothes there is a well-fitted wardrobe and a shoe-cabinet. The accommodation includes entry-surveillance to the building by video-camera, air-conditioning and heating, television, a safe and Wifi internet connection. The kitchen is practical and well equipped. The bathroom has a large shower with a glass screen.

Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Ángel was very welcoming and approachable. Would highly recommend for solo traveller or couple.

Advantages: - The one-room apartment is very well equipped - You can enjoy the sun on the small roof terrace until 6 pm and in the evening you can see a part of the city beautifully illuminated - There are many supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies nearby - You are so central that you can get everywhere on foot - Bus stops are also nearby - Angel the owner is super helpful - the bed is great for sleeping - the one-room apartment is as shown in the photos The only small disadvantage: - The studio is right on the street, so you can hear the traffic noise all day and rubbish collection at night. It's best to take earplugs with you.rubbishcollection at night.

Ever since booking this accomodation, I was so excited to see if in person and it was exactly how it was described. Angel was the perfect host, he explained everything and made us aware we could contact him should we have any issues. The apartment was spotless, it had everything you could need and the roof terrace was the icing on the cake. Location-wise, for someone who has been to Malaga several times, it was very important. The apartment was central to everything, a large supermarket and coffee shops a couple of minutes walk, tapas bars very close by and the neighbours were all very pleasant. I would highly recommend this apartment, thank you Angel.

My wife and I spent the month of January 2024 at Angels place. It was just as advertised and shown in the pictures. Short walk to everything. Multiple grocery stores nearby, so many restaurants. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Even got some tanning in on the roof top terrace. Would highly recommend.

Angel was wonderful to work with. The unit was compact and adequate for one or two people. Night time noise was cancelled out by using the ac rather than fresh air. Very busy street late into the night, but the terrace was quiet and intimate.

My first stay in a short term rental exceeded my expectations. Unit was as advertised and was well stocked with with utensils and household utilities. The check in process was flawless and Angel also helped me with directions and general questions. An added features is a lovely sunny terrace. However, for a light sleeper like me, the property faces a fairly busy street and the garbage pickup between 3 and 4 in the night was a constant disturbance, so I kept my window closed at all times. Others may not be affected by this.

The apartment was amazing, it was spotless and has everything you could need to cook a great meal. The roof terrace might me the best part, it has a view and was great for tanning and relaxing. We have just arrived back after our second stay in one of Angel's studio apartments. Once again it cannot be faulted. Convenient location easy to reach the centre of Malaga. The apartment is immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need, Angel has great attention to detail. The sun terrace is a real bonus and unusual in a city studio. Malaga was very vibrant , plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We ate tapas and drank a couple of times in the square which is 5 minutes walk away, very relaxed atmosphere. Our best meal was at LA Pampa an Argentinian restaurant, more expensive but definitely worth it. Took the train (20 minutes walk from the studio) to Torremolinos and Benalmadena , only 20 minutes maximum on the train and good to enjoy a different atmosphere and area. Angel's apartments are definitely excellent places to stay, will definitely stay here next time we come to Malaga.

The host Angel met us at the property earlier than expected as he was kind enough to contact us and tell us the property was ready for us to check-in. Such a lovely apartment. I have never stayed in a property with literally everything you need supplied (we took all our own stuff with us such as coffee / wash stuff / washing machine tablets) but these things were there if you needed them - A very nice touch. The sun terrace is amazing! So peaceful and wonderful views of the town. The apartment is very safe and secure and we really enjoyed being there. Malaga is a beautiful place so many little side streets to explore and the food was absolutely delicious. The apartment is 10 out of 10 for us. Thank you Angel

We stayed here for a month and we highly recommend. Angel is a great person he made sure we were comfortable and he was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The rooftop terrace was the reason why we chose this place and we absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment is small but it is comfortable and has everything you need and enough place for storage. Even the things you need to clean it if you have a longer stay which we found wasn’t common in most places. The heating was appreciated in colder nights. Another plus, there is a washing machine. We were able to find parking in the streets quite easily And the location was perfect! Thanks Angel!

The apartment was bright and clean and exactly as the photos showed it. The added and best bonus is the rooftop terrace which was an excellent space to chill out with nibbles and wine after a long day of walking. The location of the apartment is fantastic because only less than 10 mins to walk down the the main hub of Malaga city and attractions. ❤️ to Angel who is a was very attentive, informative and friendly host.

The apartment is compact but spotlessly clean and has all the essentials you need. The added extras i.e. toiletries/sun tan cream and hair straighteners were a welcome surprise. Having the roof terrace was a real bonus, with beautiful views of the city. We had an early morning flight and Angel accommodated us by letting us have access early, which was very helpful. The apartment is excellent value for money and in a great location, within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. Malaga is a lovely City and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment.

We were very happy to stay in this lovely little apartment, all our needs were catered for. It was very clean and having a washing machine was a real bonus as we flew in with only hand luggage.Angel was very nice and talked us through everything on arrival. The roof terrace was a bonus, it was really great to have a little outside space of our own, especially as the apartment down the spiral staircase is a studio.The apartment, while small, has everything a couple would need; it is just a 5 minute walk down the hill into town and minutes from bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so very well located.I would highly recommend a stay here, a much more authentic experience of Malaga than a stay in a hotel.

The roof terrace was a bonus, it was really great to have a little outside space of our own, especially as the apartment down the spiral staircase is a studio. The apartment, while small, has everything a couple would need; it is just a 5 minute walk down the hill into town and minutes from bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so very well located. I would highly recommend a stay here, a much more authentic experience of Malaga than a stay in a hotel.

This is a great little apartment with a fabulous roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase. The owner is a really nice friendly guy and the studio has everything you need. It's clean, comfortable and in a very handy location near to all the towns restaurants and a nice stroll down to the marina. We would definitely recommend this place. Thanks angel.

El alojamiento es muy bonito , la limpieza es de 10 y el propietario una persona excelente . El apartamento es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas , pero quiero resaltar la limpieza y el buen trato del propietario que es una persona excelente . Lo recomiendo muchísimo !!
