About this apartment rental
The studio-flat is located in a quiet district with all amenities and only 300 metres from Pablo Picasso's birthplace on the edge of the city's pedestrian precinct. The Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the cathedral and the renowned Calle Larios are all less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest beach 20 minutes. It is a real advantage to be able to enjoy to the full and close to hand such important occasions in the city as Holy Week or the August Fair without the undesirable noise of the festivities. With the Cervantes Theatre within 200 metres it is also well situated for those who want to enjoy Malaga's Cinema Festival. The studio-flat is on the second and top floor of a building fitted with a lift. Its outside balcony provides abundant natural light. A spiral staircase leads to its private, south-facing terrace above the apartment. It is ideal for meals in the open air and for relaxing in the sun... It is ideal for a couple. It has a bed-settee (160 cm) for two people with a possibility of space for a travel-cot. For your clothes there is a well-fitted wardrobe and a shoe-cabinet. The accommodation includes entry-surveillance to the building by video-camera, air-conditioning and heating, television, a safe and Wifi internet connection. The kitchen is practical and well equipped. The bathroom has a large shower with a glass screen.

Had a fantastic two week stay in this lovely apartment with a private outdoor space. Everything is as pictured and described. Very well equipped. A quick 10 minute walk to the main Malaga street. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Ángel was very welcoming and approachable. Would highly recommend for solo traveller or couple.

Small apartment, but well located and perfect if you plan to explore the area. The rooftop is a nice bonus!

We were very happy to stay in this lovely little apartment, all our needs were catered for. It was very clean and having a washing machine was a real bonus as we flew in with only hand luggage.Angel was very nice and talked us through everything on arrival. The roof terrace was a bonus, it was really great to have a little outside space of our own, especially as the apartment down the spiral staircase is a studio.The apartment, while small, has everything a couple would need; it is just a 5 minute walk down the hill into town and minutes from bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so very well located.I would highly recommend a stay here, a much more authentic experience of Malaga than a stay in a hotel.
