In the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside, the Le Moulin de Bussolles gîte accommodates up to 7 people in a restored farmhouse, located right next to an old mill, a waterfall, and a stocked fishing pond. Independent and spacious, surrounded by beautiful nature, it offers complete amenities and an atmosphere ideal for family holidays, relaxing getaways, and fishing.

Located in Barrais-Bussolles, the gîte enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by meadows and woods, with outdoor activities accessible directly on site. You can enjoy fishing in the owner's large pond, just 200 meters away, while the surrounding paths are perfect for hiking. Shops and services in Lapalisse are 6 km away, Vichy, the queen of spa towns, is 30 km away, and the Le PAL animal and amusement park is just 37 km away. Further afield, Moulins (55 km) and Vulcania and the Chaîne des Puys (100 km) are worthwhile excursions. A festive event, "L'embouteillage RN 7" (The RN 7 Traffic Jam), is planned in Lapalisse.
A large, welcoming family gîte!
The ground floor comprises a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) for easy access. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a mezzanine with a TV area and relaxation space, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, the enclosed courtyard and 2,500 m² green space offer recreational facilities and a children's playhouse, all within a safe and verdant setting.

The cottage's added bonus: linen kit provided (tablecloth and tea towels), gas provided. First stere of firewood included.
