In the heart of the Burgundy countryside renowned for its Romanesque churches, its hilly bocage where the famous Charolais cows graze, multiple visits are to be made in the surroundings as well as sports activities.
Originally from the region for 5 generations, Olivia, an antique dealer, has furnished the house as if it were her own. Carefully restored in 2015, it benefits from a privileged location, bordered by the Loire upstream and by the Arconce downstream. The unobstructed view of the valley and its bocage is simply exceptional. In an authentic and friendly setting, the property adjoins a farm renowned for its Charolais cows. It opens onto a flowered courtyard where shrubs, beds and strawberry plants rub shoulders.
