About this apartment rental
Unsere Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock mit ca. 140m2 Wohnfläche bietet Platz für 1-7 Personen. Das gemütliche Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Wohnlandschaft, Fernseher und Essecke lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Toaster lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Das geräumige Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Fön und WC sowie das separate WC runden das Gesamtbild ab. Vor allem im Sommer können Sie entspannte Abende auf dem eigenen Balkon oder auf der Terrasse in unserem Garten verbringen. Eine Grillmöglichkeit steht unseren Gästen zudem zur Verfügung. Der beheizte Pool und der Kickerkasten sorgen besonders bei den Kindern für große Begeisterung. Das WLAN und den Parkplatz vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen.

Spacious, well equipped, clean, with beautiful views of rolling hills and forrest. A whole floor to yourself! The owner was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome and very comfortable. The photos are an accurate representation, the rooms and balcony are truely big. My 12 year old son called the place "mint"!
There is no elevator, which was no issue for us at all, but might be a consideration for for less mobile guests.
The house is located in a beautiful part of Bavaria, if you don't know it yet, you would do well to see it for yourself.
You don't have to go far for excellent food, you have a banger bakery at the bottom of the hill (1-2 min drive) and a choice of proper authentic restaurants, a supermarket etc.
The only thing they don't have in Bavaria is good beer. Just joking, they have the nectar of the gods on tap everywhere, so if you are into beer, the place is heaven!
