Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Der Kontakt war jederzeit angenehm und lösungsorientiert. Auch das Mobiliar war für einen Kurzaufenthalt grundsätzlich ausreichend und die Espressomaschine inkl. Cups war ein Pluspunkt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen sind vorhanden und rundeten das ganze Optimal ab. Bäckereien sind Fußläufig leicht zu erreichen.
Einige wichtige Küchenhelfer wie ein Dosenöffner, ein Pürierstab sowie ein Messbecher fehlten. Einige Plissees funktionierten nicht einwandfrei. Der Schlafkomfort entsprach aufgrund der Bettdecken und der vorhandenen Kopfkissen leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Positiv ist jedoch, dass die Vermieterin unseren Mängel sehr ernst aufgenommen hat und die angesprochenen Punkte prompt verbessert hat. Somit wurde zeitnah Abhilfe geschaffen. Gastgeber wie man sich das wünscht.

Die Wohnung im 4.OG war bei dieser Hitzeperiode mit 35 Grad Aussentemperatur zu heiss. Wir konnten problemlos in die EG Wohnung wechseln. Top 👍

Second time staying, definitely cleaner than last time. Location great for what we needed.
One of the bedrooms doesn't have proper blinds, leaving it very bright late into the evening and very early morning. Not ideal unless you stay up very late.

War der 2.Aufenthalt. Trotz Hinweis nach dem ersten Aufenthalt wieder nicht richtig sauber (Taschentücher und Chipstüte im Nachtkästchen, Staub unter den Betten).
