The location is quite calm and relaxing. The House was worth every single money we spent. Reading some comments and reviews we thought there will be only limited numbers of toilets and showers, but they have more than enough for 10 people. There was two guest toilets and two separate big rooms with an extra toilet and bathrooms.

If you're alone or you have a big family (and/or even a dog) and you have to stay (somewhere in the south of Germany) over, then Josef has a the perfect solution for you. Rest, room, comfort and a lot of hospitality. For us it was ideal and for a verry good price - maybe even to low. I would certainly recommend this to everyone. Beautifull place, beautifull garden and nice and quit.
