The location was fantastic. We met a nice person who gave us useful information about the place, showed us the apartment and handed over the keys. We had a very nice stay in Alpenblick, Ruhpolding

Amazing (but short) vacation in Alps
- The host was very friendly and did a lot to meet our individual needs (even managed to get some oil for us from a neighbor, because we checked in on a holiday and the shops didn't work that day) - The place is really good, peaceful, I haven't ever enjoy such a starry sky before. - We rented the appartment on the ground floor, we got the whole terrace, we could grill, and enjoy having meal outside - Because on the day of checkout nobody was going to check in, we were allowed to stay longer - The host provided us with a lot of information, for example about the Rulpoldnig Freizeitpark which we then visited with our 3 years old kid, it was amazing
- There are 2 sleeping rooms in the apprtment. There is an window in the wall between one of the sleeping rooms and the living room (the inner wall) and also 2 inner doors (one to the kitchen, the other one to the hallway of the appartment). All that may be closed (the window glass is not transparent), but still the issue with sound isolation of the room remains (if somebody for example is awake earlier that those ones who are still sleeping in the sleeping room). - The rooms could be a bit cleaner, there was dust under the beds, which might be a problem for allergic people or small kids that crawl everywhere - The knives in the kitchen were dull, which made it quite difficult to cut with

Die u.nterkunft war eine Katastrope
1. Kleiderhaken fällt von der Wand. 2. Eine Seite der Vorhangstange hängt kurz vor dem Runterfallen von der Wand. 3. Weitere Vorhänge sind nicht richtig eingehängt. 4. Abluftventilatoren verstaubt und schmuddelig. 5. Die Matratzen vom Ehebett sind total ausgelegen mind. 8-10 Jahre alt. Dadurch hatte ich erhebliche Rückenschmerzen die auch heute noch spürbar sind. 6. Die Schlafcouch ist mind. 40 Jahre alt und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung so laut, dass Alle wach werden. 7. Das Badezimmer, sofern man es so nennen mag ist mind. 30 Jahre alt, und in einem sehr schmuddeligen Zustand. 8. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar ein neueres Modell, den Mini-Geschirrspüler trauten wir uns nicht zu benutzen. 9. Die Steckdosen an der Küchenzeile sind mit einen dunklen klebrigen Belag überzogen. 10. Der Infoordner war nicht nur mit einem staubigen Belag überzogen (ebenso die Fernbedienung des TV’s), sondern auch noch auf dem Stand vor mind. 10-15 Jahre (den Prospekten zufolge). 11. Im oberen Flur stehen Tapetenrollen und Baumaterial rum. 12. Im Aufenthaltsraum lag eine alte Teppichrolle im Weg, ein Heizkörper, 2 Staubsauger, Kartonagen und auf einem Tisch stapelten sich hunderte Prospekte, die bereits bis zu 15 Jahre alt waren. 13. Der Feuerlöscher im oberen Stockwerk hatte die letzte Prüfung im Jahr 2004!!
