Near the lakes and public transport; super close to bike rental . We were glad to come by train-it was perfect for a birthday weekend away

it was very clean. The location is very good. It was very family oriented. There were lots of book also children books, toys, games and movies available in the house. Our kid enjoyed the children books and games a lot. The manager was very nice and welcoming. We forgot a pice of clothing in the apartment, the manager send it to us with post. We will definitely think about going back again.

There was no shampoo or body gel in the shower.

Great location next to a beautiful river. It was so quiet that one could easily hear the birds and the nature. Fantastic host very hospitable and welcoming and reachable.

Relaxing, comfortable family holiday destination

Great communication from the hostess, very forthcoming, helpful and easy to deal with. Excellent hygiene concept, considerate to the comfort and security of all guests. Spacious apartment, well suited for 3 with kid sleeping on the sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen including oven. Very spacious bathroom with shower over bath, even a bidet, albeit a tad dated (80s flashback with the tile colours). Huge balcony overlooking the stream and alpine views. Well insulated, only heard other families when on balcony. Private car park, bike shed quite secure. A bit off the beaten track, about 15/20min bike ride to the lakefront (riding with kid).

Recommended better pillows which she promised where currently being replaced.

Shared entry Gate for 5-6 apartments. I don,t recommend for large family. Shared balcony for two different guests apartments.Bathrooms are not ventilated and has very large window. The rooms are small. Some room are NOT real rooms but open space ! The apartment I took has NO view and no real window in the room, but roof window. If you close it will be difficult to sleep specially during summer season.

Ferienwohnung Sophia

Eine großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Fahrräder steht ein extra Fahrradraum zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, Frau Pschorn, erfolgte über Email und WhatsApp. Auftretende Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Haltestelle des Chiemseeringbusses war in der Nähe. Es gibt viele gut ausgeschilderte Radwege. Die Frühstücksbrötchen konnten beim Bäcker in ca. 1 km Entfernung geholt werden. Bei sehr gutem Wetter war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Nah am Zentrum gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig und entspannend. Geräumige Fahrradgarage mit Steckdosen. Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar, zuvorkommend und kümmern sich.

Die Wohnung (Lena) hat alles gehabt was man benötigt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten und auf den Bach der vorbei fließt. Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt.

Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der Wohnung und im Gemeinschaftsbereich gibt es eine große Auswahl an Büchern und in letzterem zusätzlich eine große Auswahl an DVD‘s. Sehr positiv, dass das Haus über 2 Wallboxen verfügt, an denen wir zu einem fairen Preis unser E-Auto laden konnten.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, unser Hund war auch willkommen. Mehrmals würde nachgefragt ob alles passt. Ruhige wunderschöne Gegend. An Ostern würden wir mit einem kleinen Osternest vor der Tür überrascht, dies und alles andere sehr liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Gerne wieder!

Für unseren Großfamilien -Urlaub hatten wir 2 Wohnungen im EG gebucht. Beide wunderschön mit Terrasse und traumhaftem Garten und Fluss vor der Tür. Die Wohnungen sind riesengroß und mit allem perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind jedem Wunsch sofort nachgekommen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub am Chiemsee! Wir kommen wieder! PS: EG Wohnungen erlauben keine Hunde

Zauberhafter Aufenthalt in toller Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Chiemsees

Es handelte sich um eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit vielen liebevollen Details. Sie war sehr geräumig, besonders schön fanden wir auch die Terrasse mit dem Garten, der sich zum Bach hinunter zog. Toll und inspirierend waren auch die vielen guten Bücher, es gab sogar DVDs, die man sich anschauen konnte. Eine Top-Location, in die wir sehr gerne wieder zurückkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind. Auch der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin war erstklassig. Der Chiemsee war auf kurzem Weg sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Es war wirklich perfekt, es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.
