De omgeving. Wel goede uitvalsbasis om met de auto Passau te bezoeken.

Ein schönes Appartement. Auch wenn es recht klein erscheint, wurde jeder Quadratmeter clever genutzt. Die Ausstattung war auch in Ordnung. Alltägliche Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Man hatte auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen (im Keller im Haupthaus), dafür bedarf es nur eine App (QR-CODE im Keller vorhanden). Parkplatz vor der Tür, Mix Markt schräg gegenüber, Pizzeria ebenfalls gegenüber und Bäcker nebenan (Mi-So geöffnet). Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Vermieter/Betreiber war immer sofort erreichbar. Ihm war es wichtig, dass wir uns vor Ort wohlfühlen. Das Personal vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kinder und Hund waren gern gesehene Gäste (nicht überall der Fall).

We were very impressed with our stay! We chose this place as a relaxing break during a long journey, and it was exactly what we needed. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again whenever we are travelling in the area. Highly recommended!

It is a type of property that looks hip on photos but when you arrive, you realise it’s just not maintained. Let alone well. Not sure where to start. How the walls are bashed up or how unclean the bathroom was. Or to mention how the parking experience went wrong with the person from the apartment block in front uncontrollably screaming at us during parking.
