Detached vacation home with three bedrooms and a balcony

Thanks to its unique location, this state-recognized vacation destination enjoys a very mild and pleasant climate. The Danube, an extensive network of hiking trails, and a wide range of activities—including Nordic walking, cycling, tennis, and much more—make it one of Lower Bavaria’s most popular vacation destinations. Traditional inns with their excellent cuisine are waiting to pamper you. The detached Aurelia vacation home is rustic yet comfortably furnished: the kitchen includes cookware and tableware, a coffee maker, toaster, electric stove with oven, etc.; the living room features a dining area, satellite TV, a sofa set, a fireplace or tiled stove, etc. There is also a terrace (with furniture) and a balcony. Each house has a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, a shared parking area, or parking available right at the house. The floor plan is as follows: 4 bedrooms, of which 1 bedroom has a double bed, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed, 1 bedroom has a single bed, and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. One bathroom with shower/toilet. A separate kitchen. A large living room with a dining area. A 25% deposit is due immediately upon booking. The remaining 75% must be transferred to our account no later than 30 days before arrival. You can find the account number in our Terms and Conditions. Upon move-in, the tenant must pay a security deposit of 100 euros per house. Utility costs for gas, electricity, water, and any other requested additional services (bed linens 14 euros/set, bath towel 3.50 per piece, hand towel 2.5 per piece, dish towel 1.50 per piece, pet 10 euros per day) will be billed by the property manager based on actual usage. This amount must be paid in cash upon checkout, after offsetting the security deposit paid at the start of the rental. A crib and high chair are included in the price. Group or contractor bookings are only available upon request! Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
