It's a super, self-contained, large double studio right in town. Everything works and is, in fact, really well thought out. After a little trouble with the entrance key, the owner put things right super quick and, although I had lots to do in Chartres, I got time to enjoy the quiet, simple athmosphere of the flat. Quirky, but not French quirky: ie bric a brac thrown together with 2nd rate appliances. This host knows how to do things right...

Nothing really. The masterlock box is a bit 1990's but no big deal.

Excellent location and the concierge service was excellent and very helpful. Right in the centre of Chartres and easy access to everything.

Facilité d'accès au logement et indications avant l'arrivée. Logement lumineux avec plusieurs fenêtres laissant passer la lumière du jour. Taille du logement tout à fait correcte pour une semaine. Equipement ok.

Propreté ok dans l'ensemble mais pas irréprochable (mégots sur le rebord de fenêtre + cigare oubliée d'un précédent locataire dans l'interstice de la fenêtre côté cuisine). Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour une semaine, c'est vraiment très limité... Certaines poêles sont vraiment abimées pour la cuisson + pas ultra propre quand j'ai voulu m'en servir.
