Lady at reception was lovely, the food was good.
The bar area needs more staff, there was empty glass that covered the whole bar and that was at 9.45 in the evening
Didn’t seem to be enough staff to cope with it they were very busy.

It was great, great location and fantastic staff.
Went the extra mile to allow us to make coffee in the morning so we didn’t make to much noise in the room as kids were sleeping.
Enough towels in each room
Bathroom could do with an upgrade by they were clean.
Attached to a pub and restaurant so also really handy.

Price and distance to city centre
Some areas of the room looked unclean used sweet wrappers left on floor ,tv remote not working ,water randomly kept coming out of the the overflo in Bath, and the breakfast was very bad continental poor and cooked was poor quality and cold
