Very nice apartment

Large windows with a nice view

Disappointed by Pure Service

Very convenient

The shower head fixing was broken, but otherwise the apartment was as expected. However the check in with Pure Service was more complicated than necessary- the need to collect keys from a separate location was inconvenient and I was very surprised to be asked to provide photo ID and a security deposit for a one night stay which had been fully paid for in advance. I was also bombarded with messages from Pure Service in advance of arrival. I won’t be staying in an apartment managed by Pure Service again.

Great location, prompt attention from friendly staff, will visit again...

Love the location, been before a number of times, if you love the ex-naval maritime setting, boats, the sea and the mix of architecture and varied eateries, you'll love it. This apartment was in a great location overlooking the central basin, it's not cheap, but you're paying for the view and experience.

The property needs a bit of a revamp to be fair, it's obviously been very well used, but the fixtures and fitings are in need of some attention, a number of items need attention to remain servicable and or need bringing up to a better standard.

Poor

I was a bit upset as this company charge £30.00 for late arrival and also a deposit of £150.00 not sure why when you spend £459.00. Then you have to wait after you have left and chase this up. Property was not luxurious as was made out. The sofa had marks on it and also a rip and it did smell as well. The bathroom the bath had black marks where it’s old. There was no power in the bedroom and was frightened to call as this is another fee of £35.00 if they say it was not urgent. I spent my two days there in fear of what else they would charge me for. It was a shame as I went with a family member who lives in Plymouth and I had never been so it did spoil my stay. Will not be using this company again as it was all about money for me. Hence my review

Apartment lovely and location great, but wouldn’t stay again as a result of the inconvenient admin

Great location, nice modern apartment

Much more admin required than a normal stay in a managed apartment. Inconvenience of collecting and returning keys from a city centre location not at the property. Also inconvenience of paying a deposit and waiting 7-10 days for it to be returned.

Location of property was good. The property was well equipped and on the whole very comfortable.

On booking the property apparently i should of received a e-mail with information as to where collect keys however I didn't receive such e-mail. When I eventually found the property on a cold wet very dark Sunday evening I was unable to access the building. I found a contact number only to be told I had to drive to another location to collect the keys and someone would meet me as soon as possible. So 'How long is As Soon As Possible'!! 5 mins 10 mins an hour 2 hour. The answer to this question is 'I'll be there as soon as possible sir'. Apparently the member of staff was out on a emergency call out and didn't know how long she was going to be. What good is that to me !! Ive just drove 350 miles, spent a full day at Derriford hospital for a emergency family matter and as it stands have no where sleep. I did drive to the collection point and eventually did collect the keys. I found the experience extremely stressfull and would like some kind of compensation.

Beautiful Brewhouse

Really well equipped, super clean, excellent location with plush surroundings both within the apartment and the Brewhouse building itself! Both staff members I met on arrival and departure were really helpful/courteous. We'll definitely look to revisit in the Summer!

Although towels were clean, they didn't smell particularly fresh.

First world problem but shower could be better, mixer taps resulted in fluctuating temperatures. Also, key collection was fine but may be problematic if traffic problems in city centre. Key collection at RWY would be ideal :)

Superb

Fantastic location and views. Wonderfully spacious and comfortable. Staff were communicative and very friendly. The local restaurants were good and we enjoyed our easy trip out to Cremyll- passenger ferry right there by the accommodation.

Minor things really - no cafeteria or any fresh coffee making options. The apartment was clean however it could have been cleaner (floor and very slow draining sink)

Lovely location in the heart of the historic Royal William Yard. Perfect space for a romantic get away for two.

There was an issue with the kitchen lights and no coffee maker of any kind. Also although bathroom, kitchen, etc. were quite clean, did find hair on the floor in the lounge.

Good to getaway for a few days

The overall location was good with very many local restaurants. The views from the apartment were very interesting. Local bus into town. Reserved car parking.

The noise from the restaurant late at night. The inability to have the windows open when there was a breeze. The drilling noise coming from the work being carried out locally.

They didn't have my booking although had confirmation from them of the booking. They came along 20 minutes later and booked me in. there were building works going on to into late evening and early morning literally outside the window. there was no hot water tbf they did come out quickly but it could not be fixed.
